Yes. All your vocabulary data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. No data is sent to external servers. If you use Google Drive sync (Premium), your vocabulary backup is stored in a private folder in your own Google Drive account, not on Veris servers.

Yes. Veris uses Chrome's built-in Translation API, which works offline for many language pairs. Your saved vocabulary and exercises are always available, even without an internet connection.

Veris supports 50+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, and many more.

Veris uses a 6-box spaced repetition system. New words start in Box 0. When you answer correctly, words move to the next box with longer review intervals (1 to 3 to 7 to 14 to 30 days). Wrong answers send words back to Box 1 for more practice.

Yes. You can export your vocabulary to a CSV file for backup or to use with other tools. When importing, you can choose to merge, skip duplicates, or replace existing words.

Yes. Once you connect your Google Account in Veris Settings, vocabulary syncs automatically every 30 minutes. You can also tap 'Sync Now' at any time. Your data lives in a Veris folder inside your own Google Drive. Only you can access it. (Google Drive sync requires a Premium license.)

After checkout, Lemon Squeezy emails your license key and keeps it in My Orders. Open Veris to Settings to License, paste the key, and premium features unlock immediately on that device.
